Food delivery was made today around lunch time. The delivery forced staff to move foods out of the refrigerator and hold the |
cold foods for extended periods of time on the tables before cooking for later lunch periods. The food temperatures were out |
of temperature as a result. Per the PIC deliveries are typically made during this time period and she thinks if there was |
more refrigerator space she would be better able to accommodate the deliveries. If possible, see about having delivery time |
to this location switched to a time more conducive to proper food handling. |

Ambient air and water temperature measuring device - accuracy |
At time of inspection the integrated thermometer display for the newer refrigeration unit read 55°F. The interior of the |
cabinet was not 55°F and the food was at or below 41°F. The temperature logs reflect this temperature and explain the |
variation by citing the door was open. Ensure that the thermometer is accurate. |

Equipment - good repair and proper adjustment. |
At time of inspection the newer refrigerator displayed a temperature of 55°F. This is also reflected off and on in the |
temperature logs for this unit with a citation that the door was open. When one of the doors is opened and then shut, the |
other door pops open raising the cabinet temperature which is shown in the display. This unit needs to be serviced so that |
the door doesn't pop open when the other shuts. Often this is a problem with the seals and is easily rectified. |
